This is the dedicated website of the book Nigerian Telecommunications Law and Regulation ("NTLR", "the book") jointly authored by Quasim Odunmbaku and Rotimi Akapo ("the authors" “us” and “we”) and protected by all applicable intellectual property regimes in Nigeria and globally. “Personal data” means any information that could, on its own, or together with other information, identify or reasonably be used to identify a living individual.
What we Collect: We collect personal data to enable us fulfil your order and/or engage with you pertaining to the book and/or its subject matter. This data is collected when you access book’s website, when you email us or contact us through the book’s social media accounts and/or subscribe to any service related to the book. Your Rights: Your rights under the Nigerian Data Protection Regulations or any other instrument (applicable in Nigeria only) regarding your personal data and you can assert those rights at any time upon compliance with the relevant provisions of the applicable instruments. Nonetheless, we retain the right to amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, technical or other requirements. Any change to this Policy will become effective immediately it is uploaded to this website.
